Ponctuel, sympathique, efficace...tout c'est très bien passé et tout est arrivé en bon état à destination...les nombreuses plantes ont bien survécus...un grand merci à l'équipe.

le monsieurs de l'équipe sont très professionnel et rapide; mais les informations fourni par le bureau n'etaient pas complètes: j'ai du revenir une deuxieme fois à la douane pour manque de documentation de l'automobile (on m'avais pas informe que il fallait le certificat de proprieté et la preuve de payement de la taxe de circulation). Il y a eu aussi un delai d'un jour pour la livraison des meubles.

tout a été fait en souplesse , démontage et remontage top.... emballage super et ils ont traité de toute la documentation pour les douanes .

Mittelmässige Planung. Das Umzugsteam hat sich aber Mühe gegeben. Die Pünktlichkeit war Ok.
Leider entstanden Schäden, welche die Umzugsfirma nicht alle übernehmen will.
Die Arbeiten wurden teilweise unsorgfältig ausgeführt. Beispiel: Das grosse Bücherregal wurde nicht genau senkrecht montiert. Das Regal steht schräg in den Raum hinein und ist an der Wand nicht befestigt. An einem antiken Schrank (Erbstück) entstanden tiefe, gut sichtbare Kratzer. Die Firma ziert sich offensichtlich, ihre Haftpflichtversicherung zwecks Deckung der Schäden einzuschalten. Eine, während des Umzug gebrochene Stuhllehne, wurde repariert. Leider etwas unsorgfälltiges Arbeiten.
